1. Refunds for Cancellations by Lone Star RV Transport LLC

If we cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made for the transportation service.

2. Refunds for Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations Outside 24-Hour Window: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

  • Cancellations Within 24-Hour Window: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, your deposit will be non-refunded.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request approval.
